·2 years agoIf you mean declined OFFERS ("bids" are not "declined") you can't do that until the listing ends so the entry for it drops down from Offers to Didn't Win. A fixed price listing can stay up there for years as it autorenews every month (as opposed to auction listings can only last up to 10 days).
