    DELETEING A PREVIOUS CARD
                     

    How do I delete a previous card. I am trying to add a new card. The system is forcing me to enter an old card information to confirm my identity. The card was lost and I dont have it anymore. Therefore, I cant enter the details. I chated with 7 agents and spoke with 3 and they are all clueless and dont have the answer. Then why have agents.
