Delete or change a review?

Looking to see how I can remove or change a review? As I left a negative review, focused about the product, the seller was very great to work with as far as shipping and return. I did not mean to give the seller themselves a bad review, thought it was just the product.

@shortp-25 Adding to my fellow mentors advice if the product doesn't work as should then you can return it for a refund. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy which is for buyers remorse only.

The smart mug should heat to 122F
