Delays in shipping during this terrible weather
I always ship with tracking and with an integrated eBay delivery service. I shipped out an item from around Erie, Pennsylvania on the 28th or 29th of January...I have not had any updated tracking info received since February 2nd or 3rd and it was last in Cleveland, Ohio. That is literally only an hour and a half drive from where it was shipped originally from. Can anyone tell me what I should do from here? I don't know whether to contact my carrier or what direction I should take next. I realize that the areas that I have mentioned above are currently in a severe winter cold freeze, and I do not want to haggle the carriers who have most likely had a hell of a time these last couple weeks with this freeze...but I don't want my buyer to be upset, have any issues, and receive what he paid for. Any tips, help, or instructions would be wonderful. Thank you eBay seller community!
