Delays
If the item is delayed due to unknown circumstances or delayed by the USPS, is the seller obligated to refund the buyer before the item arrives?

If the buyer filed a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, and the estimated date of delivery has passed without tracking indicating delivery, then you may have to refund the buyer if Ebay finds in favor of the buyer.

OP1 year agoThank you. The USPS in my area has delivery issues, but thankfully, buyers are understanding so far.

Mentor1 year agoNo. The seller has no control over a third party shipper. If you can no longer use the item because of the delayed arrival time, you can file a Returns Request after you receive the item.
