Delaying shipping per buyer.

Question

My buyer told me to ship their item on February 5th. I agreed to do that. The convo for proof is available. It was supposed to be shipped by January 30th. EBay is sending me msg to mail out immediately. How can I contact ebay to let them know?

eBay can't help with this. What should have happened is this...

You cancel the transaction, and relist the item when the buyer is ready for you to ship so he can re-purchase it.

You're going to take the hit to your metrics regardless of what you do now, so you can just wait and ship on 2/5.
