Delaying shipment to a paid buyer as per her request
A buyer who paid for an item asked that I delay shipment by a few days. It is after the "ship by" date. I agreed. Is this a problem?

Mentor9 months agoIt can be. What is your handling time? eBay expects you to ship within your stated handling time and if you do not then your account gets a defect. So if your holding the shipping of the item will take you past your handling time you will be punished by eBay even if the buyer asks for special shipping consideration.
