Delayed shipping tine
I recently bought a high dollar item and the seller says it won’t ship for a month. This seems weird and I can’t cancel and they won’t refund. How to get in contact with an actual eBay agent?

·2 years agoWhat was the estimated delivery date that EBAY gave you when you paid (check the order confirmation email you got)? This would be about the same as the estimated delivery time given in the listing for your location, which included both the seller's handling time (which might or might not have been separately stated in the listing) and the carrier's estimated transit time. That is the time you agreed to wait for the item when you bought it.
If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.

·2 years agoThe 30 days you have to start the process starts from April 2. The 21 days starts from when you start the process on or after April 2.
