Delayed shipping and no response

Question

I purchased an item 6 days ago that said no returns I was contacted the next day saying he would ship out by today at the latest which is 6 days after payment posted when I asked this morning if he was still shipping out today since there has been no update yet I got no response so if he doesnâ€™t respond how long do I wait to cancel and ask for a refund

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and look at the estimated date of delivery.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
