Delayed shipping
What is a reasonable amount of time before initiating a refund? The seller is very reputable with tons of high ratings and comments. Order was placed on the 11th. He said he would ship today since yesterday was a holiday. Am I just giving myself anxiety? I do not want a refund. I really want the item. Thanks

Sellers are required to ship within their handling time. The seller may not be late shipping the item. The 11th was a Saturday, Monday was a holiday, therefor the seller's handling time starts on Tuesday.
The date buyers need to pay attention to is the last estimated delivery date on the order. Before that date it does not matter when the item is shipped just that it arrives on or before then. If it does not then you can open an item not received refund.
