OP1 year agoThanks for the information. They are an international customer sending the item to a friend for a housewarming. They will be traveling and unable to cancel and repurchase at the time they need it sent. Is there any other options?

·1 year agoExplain to the buyer that eBay requires you to ship within your stated timeframe or it can affect your seller account. Ask if they would prefer having their post office hang onto their mail until they get back, or if they would rather you cancel the current transaction and have them repurchase when they get back.
