Delayed shipping
I ordered an item that was sent to eBay for verified authentication was then shipped but has stuck at a usps location waiting on package acceptance for over a week and is now close to a week over estimated delivery date contacted the seller and they said to contact eBay since it shipped from there authentication center but automated system is no help any help on what I should do is appreciated

Mentor2 years agoI thought the authenticators always used fedex. Maybe for cards it is different.
I would open a not received claim.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
