delayed shipment handling time / defect appeal
Has anyone else had issue with finding items that show "delayed shipment handling time" ? I ship everything same day or next day, but found multiple cases where my item was not scanned by the post office. I use a mailing center and for the most part good, but now and then something not scanned. Even though item delivered on time, I am getting dinged for late shipment.
I also had a case where an item was lost in the mail. I went through the trouble of filing a missing mail report and all of that stuff with usps and item was found and delivered, but even though I went above and beyond, ebay dings me
between that and zero feedback buyer bots trying to return things, it's getting to be a headache
