Delayed payments - ongoing express payment “technical glitch” while eBay still collects extra fee
What is going on for the last 2 weeks of delayed payments?! Other sellers are talking about this issue on many platforms.

Mentor1 month ago@jennyfur I wanted to clarify that Express Payouts are only for available funds, not funds that are on hold . There is also a $2 fee for ALL payouts to a debit card.

Mentor1 month agoSince you are a returning/infrequent seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for up to 31 days.
