Delayed payments from buyers
HI I have 7 items won by the same bidder and I've received a notice that he woud pay on October 3rd at 7 Pm, now I get another notice saying he will pay on October 5th at 10pm. I need payment and have contacted the buyer with no response. How does this happen? I thought buyers had to pay within 4 days. Thanks in advance for suggestions to avoid in future and correct current issue. Linda
