"Delayed for Postage Assessment"
I've got a book out to a buyer that has been stalled in a "delay for postage assessment" loop for over two weeks. It appears to have been sent back to D.C. twice for this reason, sent on again twice, and has now been stopped for a third time. Local USPS is no help--either in explaining the problem or offering a solution.
I want to refund the buyer and move on. Any reason not to do this? (The package is a single book sent media mail--something I've done over 100X without incident.)
Thanks!

Mentor1 year agoI think it would be a good idea to refund at this point. I would let the buyer know what is happening, and suggest a cancellation if s/he does not want to wait.
