Delay in refund from eBay.
Never got item purchased. eBay ruled against my dispute, don't know how or why as I never got the item. eBay refused my appeal, don't know why or how as I never got the item. And, then said they were submitting a manual refund request, presume that is Buyers Protection, but it has been sincer June 16 and no refund. Trying to find phone number to talk to carbon based life form on why the seller has my item and my money as well.
