Delay a shipment
I need to delay a shipment for a refugee of the California fires by their request. How do I do this so I don't get a bad mark for late shipment of an item?

Mentor1 year agoYou can't avoid a bad mark for late shipping if you delay shipping.
The only options you have are not exactly user friendly.
1. take the hit on your late shipping.
eBay says we have a "cushion" for incidents like this.
2. Cancel the order with "problem with buyer address" Refund the buyer and let them know you will relist for them to purchase when they get a good ship address.
3. Have the buyer put a hold on their own mail and then pick it up when they are ready.
