DEFRAUDED ON SPORTS CARD PURCHASE
I was clearly defrauded by a sports card seller, who photographed a card in a plastic sleeve, misrepresented the cards condition, and did not divulge any defects. The card was in an auction with many bidders, and I wound up paying 423.00 for the card which would have been appropriate if the card was not as badly damaged as it was. The card was authenticated and then sent to me, when I opened it up it was very badly damaged to the point where i could not even justify getting it graded. I wrote to the seller and his response was simply that he would not allow a return, would not even address that he sold me a highly defective card and deliberately concealed the condition. I have 100% feedback, i have been on ebay for over 30 years, and think sellers like this really detract from ebay and community of buyers and sellers that are honest. I have no idea what else I can do at this point, other than negative feedback. I did not see a way to go to ebay directly and have them address this. Card grading is subjective in many respects and I understand that, but this seller , who is an experienced card merchant, clearly knew how badly this card was damaged and clearly concealed it. I trusted him based on his feedback and reviews and my experience with other sellers, and I lost my money because of my trusting nature. I do feel ebay should address my concerns here.

·2 years ago500 negative feedback, a fuzzy photo and nonreturnable, would have been enough for me to hit the back button.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
