Defective zipper
I purchased a dress and it turned out to have a defective zipper that does not function properly. The seller does not accept returns. Is there a chance I can get a refund for this item considering it has a defective zipper which doesn't work?

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee that overrides an individual Seller's return policy. If it has been less than 30 days since delivery and you received a defective item, it is recommended you contact the Seller first to make things right. If the Seller does not respond, you can open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller is required to respond to the case, pay for the return shipping and issue the appropriate refund.
