Defective Steering Column

Question

I purchased a steering column from a vendor that I have done business with several times and have been very satisfied. With that said the steering column I bought in Feb.2022 could not be installed until Late June 2023 due to a hold up by my upholster, when I installed it I found that it was defective and would not tilt properly or the turn signals would not self cancel. I sent a message to the seller/vendor with no response. I later replaced the column with an American made Name Brand Column and this unit works as advertised. I then sent an E-Mail to one of their employees that I have dealt with in the past explaining my situation and again no response. There is no phone number available to contact this vendor. What should I do?

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
