Defective Samsung Galaxy phone after 4 months
I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra in October 2023 and the phone stopped working. I contacted the seller and they stated that they would replace it but after a week I tried contacting them and they have not been responding.
I tried contacting ebay but it keeps routing me to an automated teller.
This may be the last time I'm purchasing from ebay

Mentor2 years agoYou did not purchase from ebay. ebay doesn't sell anything. You purchased from a seller who advertised selling his item on ebay.
ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.

OP2 years agoYour answer suggests that ebay cannot do anything even though the seller was using ebay platform.
The product is on warranty and you suggests go to my credit card.
To everyone out there please purchase from other platforms
