Defective radio

Question

I purchased an oem replacement radio for my classic truck. The seller said 100% money back guarantee. I received the item, installed it according to the manufactures book and it did not work. There was no power to the radio. When I put the old one back in, it had power but no sound. So I know the connection was good. I have sent several emails to the seller but can not get a response . This has been going on for over a month. How do I get this sorted without going legal?

You could have opened a return case citing â€œdoesnâ€™t work/defectiveâ€ to get your refund, but since 30 days is past, you can no longer use eBayâ€™s 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

You must now file a dispute through your funding/payment source.
