defective product seller blocked me
i recently made a purchase from vintagephiladelphiathreads and when i recieved the hat it had a tag hanging out the back, One thats heavily stitched in and part of the hat. i requested a new one and was denied then blocked. Im reaching out to ebay but he already denied the return and it wont give me any options. Tried callling ebay many times cant reach anyone anymore. So little faith in this company

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
