Defective product claim
I purchased a three piece set which includes 2 motor mounts and 1 transmission mount. I paid $200 to have a mechanic to install them. One week later the issue returned so I took it back to the mechanic. I was informed that the rubber collapsed on the left motor mount. I'm trying to get it replaced by the seller and have gotten a response once to send them back for a refund. They have been installed on my truck so I have been asking for a replacement and will send it back when I replace it with a good one. The seller is not responding. I can't take them off without one to replace it with. I have been trying for 6 week now. Any suggestions on the issue.
