Accepting a partial refund seems to be a trap.I received a partial refund for a cap.Item was sold as new.Upon installation pump
defective leaking water .I am left with no pump, green water in my pool and out of $400 .Numerous calls to eBay, message to seller.Case closed I was told.I feel like I was scammed.
