Defective Product - 1 Year Warranty
Hi,
I purchased a cellphone in May that the seller offers a 1 year warranty. The phone has been having issues which I reported for along time. They sent me down a rabbit hole of troubleshooting but there is no troubleshooting a defective screen and speakers. They suddenly stopped responding and completely "ghosted" me. They still have a store but the listing for the phone suddenly ran out and they opened other listings for the phone. They have hundreds of listings and thousands of reviews so it is a well established seller. At this point I tried to contact ebay but there is absolutely no way I can find to do so.
I need help. I also paid using credit I had accumulated on eBay. At this point I am realizing that there is no real protection from eBay unless you pay a 3rd party like Allstate or others. I've been using eBay since it was created decades ago and for the first time I am considering never to purchase here ever again.
