defective pool
I ordered this pool. The liner was defective.. now it is leaking.. I want a full refund. the sellers have been dragging their feet with my full refund.. the poles bent and it is still leaking. It is middle of summer in northern NY this is very poor quality ,I have notified my credit card company no refund yet. I have notified EBAY> this is poor quality and so so many emails and dphone calls.. DO not purchase these pools....they are defective..

Mentor1 year agoDon't let the seller string you along past the deadline to return or get a partial or full refund, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
