Defective Parts - company has vanished from ebay

Question

I purchased two DeWalt batteries seven months ago. They were not needed or used at the time. Now, seven months later I find that one will not accept a charge and the other only held a charge for ten minutes. I see this company has been removed from ebay. I firmly believe they were a fraudulent company. I made a request to the company three weeks ago, and there has not been a response. ebay seemingly will not view any item that was purchased more than 90 days ago!

How can I contact a customer representative for ebay?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection expires 30 days after delivery. Because it is long past the eBay return window, your option now is to try to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
