Defective part return ,eBay help center has no provision .
I had bought this remanufactured part from a vender on bey . This part came out defective not once but twice . I have to do all this extra work to figure out the issue as always you will not expect a remanufactured part could be defective twice. I am requesting the vender for a return slip & refund . Which he is telling me to print it out from eBay . When I try from eBay it sends me back to contact seller. Seller is not resecting the request instead of sending me a return slip he is telling me to request from eBay . I'm totally confused what to do . Its a 1000 dollars part Plus a core which he already has received too. Please help me to resolve it. eBay is also requested through this post to respond . Thanks in advance.
