defective items
it happens that you deliberately send damaged things all over the world.I bought a WiFi router and it doesn’t work. The seller returned the money.but who will give me the money for delivery of goods .it cost me 15$.Before that I bought headphones and they don’t work either.the seller refused to return my money.I lost 50$.in this spirit, ebay will probably cease to exist in the near. i am sure this is not an accident future.

Mentor2 years agoI'm sorry you are having difficulty with some of your sellers. It appears you may not be aware of your rights as a Buyer. Have you read the Money Back Guarantee that Ebay offers buyers? It is important that you understand this policy so you know your rights.

It is doubtful that any seller "deliberately send damaged things" to you. It is far more likely they were damaged during shipment, when the carrier was handling the package.
If you receive damaged items, All you need to do is file a Request for REturn with your seller so you can return the item and get a refund.
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.
OR

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
