I PURCHASED TWO CHEVY POWER STEERING PUMPS FROM AUTOMOBER ONE ITEM WAS SENT DEFECTIVE WITH PUMP SHAFT LOCKED UP . BOTH ITEMS HAVE KEYWAY NOT SECURE PROPERLY WITH LOOSE FITTING AND WILL NOT ALLOW PULLEY TO BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY BOTH PUMPS ARE HAVE POORE QUALITY BUILT SHAFTS AND CANNOT BE USED EBAY SAYS RETURN WINDOW CLOSED AND SELLER WILL NOT RESPOND , BOTH UNITS HAVE A 3 YEAR WARRANTY AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO RETURN FOR REPAIR OR REFUND , SELLER WILL NOT HELP AND CANNOT GET EBAY PHONE NUMBER TO...

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
