Defective item received
Seller sold pair of speakers A to me initially for 575 usd , but then I was interested in another pair of speakers B and seller asked to pay the difference of the items towards the offer price for pair of speakers B which is 100usd, now seller created 2 labels splitting thr speakers for both the sale. . And shipped one speaker from speaker B with the original sale and another speaker with the second sale. Now both the items arrived as defective but seller does not want to take a return.
he claims the shipping has got these damarged when clearly there was no issues with the shipping. He is further dragging me into saying that I am accusing him as a cheater and I have no way of explaining to him that I paid 675 usd for a faulty speakers, now even though I don’t want tht speakers in this condition, he is forcing me to get some pictures in return as he says he is filing a case with fedex for the damaged shipment. Seller is also very keep targeting and threatening me that he won’t work with the return if i am not agreeing to his terms. Today I asked him if I can file a return and if I do, since I paid only the diff of 100 usd for these , I am scared that the seller may only return the 100 while hiding the original sale of total 675 usd. I have both the items as purchased and seller already relisted the original speakers A. What do I do? I want eBay to help me get my money back and also the seller is creating a big drama to stage all this up and does not want me to got to ask eBay for a refund , since he know that if I ask, I may only be refunded 100 diff that the original purchase amount. I was thinking the seller would ship both the items under the 575 order but he is very cunning how he handles aroudn eBay rules and I have been just a buyer for so long has not faced a cheater like this in eBay before , please help me with my next steps

Do not correspond with the seller and go ahead and file a Return Request.
