Defective item received
My "case" has been closed without resolution, with no explanation of why I cannot appeal the decision. I don't understand why I can't get an explanation for "the decision is final." Is it because the item was purchased more than 30 days ago? The item will not work at all. It is obviously defective.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou are given 30 days after delivery to open an INAD case. If its past the 30 days then your eBay money back guarantee has expired.
You can try filing with your payment source (card, bank, paypal)
