defective item outside of 30 day period return denied
I purchased an refurbished ipod on june 18. I've spent two months trying to get it to sync with my itunes. I finally brought it to a local tech where I spent hundreds of dollars to find out the hard drive is defective. Seller denied request to return and ebay "help" offers no options.
