Defective item help!

I bought a rock Tumblr and although it said â€œNo Refunds,â€ I think I have the right to assume it was in working order like the description said, and when I got it, it was broken and not everything that was listed was included in the box. I canâ€™t get the seller to respond to my messages. How do I get eBay to resolve this?

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. You would have 30 days after delivery to go to your Purchase History, find the item, and open an Item Not as Described refund request. eBay will notify the Seller who has three business days to respond with either a full refund or a return shipping label. If they do not respond on time, you can then ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdefective". Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
