Defective item, ebay site not allowing returns
Hello!
I bought a film camera that said it was tested and working but the camera battery door doesn't open and the camera doesn't rewind. I contacted the seller but have not heard back, is there a way to get in touch with EBay because the listing said the camera worked and that is not the case.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
