Defective Item and Seller Went Dark
I bought a $3300 electric range from Georgia e. and it will not turn on (bad board?). By the time had electric 220 put in and installed the range at my mom's house, 45 days had passed. When I contacted seller, they responded immediately and said they would send me a new board. This was two weeks ago and the board never arrived. After repeated messages through eBay, her personal text and phone calls, I realized she is hiding from me. When I go to Georgia's Home (her store on ebay) it now says "Sold Out" and it looks like she's gone. Georgia's Home has been selling on ebay since 2013 and has many 5-Star reviews. HELP....How can I get eBay to step in? The return date of 30 days is past and I am feeling scammed and don't see how to get any response from eBay or Selller.

·11 months agoSorry to hear the seller strung you along, though it’s worth noting that if it was 45 days after delivery when you noticed the issue, that was already past the eBay 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, since that covers you for 30 days after you receive your order.
You can reach out to your payment source for assistance (credit card issuer, PayPal, etc, depending on how you paid).
