Defective item after the windows to return is closed but item has one warranty specified by seller
This was car part an alternator, was purchased but was installed two months after only to be found to be defective. It has a one year warranty as specified by seller. I contacted seller and he not responded. What do I do in this situation?

Mentor1 year agoEbay sellers cannot issue warranties unless they are an authorized dealer for the company that manufactures the item.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
