Defective item
I received a faulty garment that was either damaged in dryer or irregular from manufacturer. Seller refused return. Now case is closed leaving me stuck with bad merchandise. There is no way to contact EBay for assistance in honoring buyer protection. It seems there is no longer buyer protection policy when a seller can refuse a return and EBay is unavailable to step in.
