how do I get ahold of a live person from eBay for a dispute on receiving a defective item when ad says accepts returns yet when try to open case it will not allow to continue after your typed reason for return the prompt won't work need to talk directly to eBay associates how do u get a hold of them can't find any prompts anywhere in past I was able to find link where eBay will call u back in 5 min after you activate prompt where is it
