Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Hello, the seller from the beginning knew there was a problem with this item. He from day one wanted me to spend money to it to a repair shop. Why would anyone take a brand new item to a repair shop to get fixed. I paid 588.00$ for this RC, and the seller offerd 75.00$ to me to take it and have the settings looked at. I have been in the RC hobby for 30 plus years. I own 5 two stoke RCs. I refused the 75 dollars, and eBay decided to close the complaint. I'm send everything to the BBB, and the consumer protection agency. I'm including eBay and the seller in my complaint. And further more I will not purchase anything from eBay again. I have a lot of friends in this hobby, and the ones I have told about this, are also avoiding from purchasing items from you.

Just wanted to let you know this is not eBay here nor do they read threads like this. We are volunteer Buyers and Sellers just like yourself ... you should reach out to eBay and share your complaint with them as well as the comment about your friends planning not to buy on eBay. eBay is not like Amazon, eBay is comprised of over 1.6 MILLION separate Selling accounts most with their own products. The advice I shared up thread is the best advice for a customer to get their money back from a bad Seller or on a bad transaction or on a bad product.

You do NOT have to involve the Seller to file a return that the item is not as described - "Does not match pictures or description".
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can report a Seller here: Report an issue with a seller | eBay
