Hi what is the best way to contact ebay direct as have tried to get in contact with a seller over an issue with an item that i bought in Aug 2025 but the seller is not responding to my messages

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If you purchased something that was not as shown in the listing, you would have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund. After the 30 days, your option is to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
