Defective Item
Hi! I have a question. I bought an AC compressor for my car. After the mechanic installed it and is causing a short in my car. Now my issue is that to have him come back and take it out I am going to have to pay, and they I will have to pay again for him to put in the new one. Also for me to return it I would have the same issue. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
Sorry, but seller is not responsible for the installation cost.
