Defective item
I have a defective strut with a 2-year warranty. The strut went defective within one month of installation. I have contacted the seller numerous times about replacing the part. He says he cannot do it until I send in a video of the directive part. There is no way to video a strut that is defective that i know of. And, I was told that I cannot send a video through eBay. The seller is refusing to replace the defective part. Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much.
