purchased a battery chargeer that does not work, deleted all emails pertaining to this purchase, the only proof i have is my credit card statement. i have tried but not successful in contacting the seller (skytech23).

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchased the item using your account (always the best practice), the item will be in your Purchase History.
If you purchased as a guest, follow the instructions to return an item that is not as described here:
