defective ebike battery
i purchased a varun c20-1 on ebay and they shipped it with a damaged used lithium ion battery!they tried covering up the damage with black duct tape!i tried contacting the vendor and sent 2 pictures of the damged battery.All i got from them was did i try chargeing it???Why would you try and charge a defective damaged litjium ion battery?unless you want to burn down your house!Varuns warranty service is none existent and good luck reaching them.So now im stuck with a 400$ ebike nik nak siting in my garage.any bobody out there with any suggestions?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label for domestic purchases regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

If you are outside the 30 days then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source, PayPal credit card, etc.
