Defective ebay gift card
I recently purchased an ebay gift card in the amount of $120.00 and was planning to use it tonight. When I removed the barrier tape, most of the redemption code numbers came off with the tape and the rest dissolved into the paper back . Shouldn't it have been plastic? Their Krogers grocery store gift card rack was full of Ebay cards like mine . Of course there is no refund. I can't seem to get a decent response from ebay. All I have gotten is to send a message like this one. {Email address removed }
