Defective DVD
I ordered a brand new DVD, but happens that disc came defective, cannot play even it's in a very good looking. The big problem: I'm outside USA. I ordered and it was sent to Miami, FL. then the courier received it to be sent to Central America.
This is the very first time that happens to me and I don't know what could I do. Is there any way to get a refund or should I do something to send the item too? By the way the seller don't accept returns.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you file a returns request for an Item Not as Described, the seller can issue a return shipping label, but you will have to get the item to your freight forwarder with that shipping label, and have the freight forwarder send the item back to the seller.
