Defective battery
What do you do if you have a defective battery that's supposed to have a 10 year warranty and it's only 6 mo old and the seller will not respond to your emails?

Mentor2 years agoManufacturers do not honor warranties for items listed on ebay, unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. Did you purchase the extended warranty from Allstate when you made the purchase? If you did, you can contact them using the phone number they provided when you made the purchase.
